Quest IP was the first Quest trip. It was created to involve UW students in the reality of our world, provide them with an opportunity to visit a historical region, and explore issues of conflict and conflict resolution. Students visited a school that serves Jew, Christian, Druze, and Muslim children outside of the Galileean village of Ibillin. The founder of the school, Archbisop Elias Chacour, has been nominated 3 times for the Nobel Peace Prize. There have been a total of four Quests to Israel-Palestine, and we're aiming to make that number five in the year 2011. Quest: IP 2011 is still in the works. If you're interested in leading a team or participating in this Quest or any others, please feel free to contact us and we can get you more information! Wanna learn about last year's Quest: IP?
